Hello friends, welcome to my blog. I have been maintaining a very healthy and clean lifestyle lately, but yesterday I craved pasta, not just any pasta dish but fettucine. I was so tired to go any restaurant to satisfy my pasta craving so I decided to make my dish myself. The end result was so perfect I was in shock, it was a 5 star dish. I made this dish in less than 20 minutes and used only 7 ingredients. Please try this recipe at home and you will never have to go to any expensive Italian restaurant just to have fettucine again…..lol
- 8 oz Fettucine
- 2 Boneless chicken breast cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil spread
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method: Cook your fettucine pasta in salted water for about 12-15 minutes, when it is cooked, drain out the water and return to the pot. Meanwhile, cook chicken in pan sprayed with cooking spray until it is cooked through. Add milk and vegetable oil spread to the hot fettucine, toss until it is coated. Reduce heat, stir in your chicken, cheese and black pepper, garlic and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
