I am a big lover of tea, everyone knows that but lately I have become an iced-coffee addict. So I have a cup of vanilla chai tea or green tea in the morning and an iced-coffee in the afternoon. I am not a big fan of coffee itself, but when it comes to iced-coffee the case is totally different. I make this delicious drink using just 4 ingredients and under 5 mins (well that if you exclude the time it takes for the coffee cubes to form).
- 2 Tablespoon of ground coffee
- 1 Cup of milk (Almond,Evaporated or Fat-free)
- 2 Cups of boiled water
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar ( you can use a low-calorie sweetener)
Method: First put your coffee in your cup of boiled water, add sugar and stir. Pour coffee mixture (about a cup) into an ice-cube tray and put in the freezer for an hour. Put the rest of the coffee mixture into the fridge to cool. Remove cubes from tray, and coffee from fridge.
Put the iced-coffee cubes into your cool coffee and gently add your milk, stir and enjoy.
NOTE: Please follow the measurement (you can use a baking measuring cup)
