Pleasures of a Hot Bath

Hey lovelies, welcome to my blog. Today I want to share with you my new pleasure, and that is the pleasures of HOT BATH. I am a big believer of pampering your body, and taking care of yourself. Life can be so stressful at times and we all need and deserve a me time. If you do not take care of your body, who will ? Your skin and senses need all the relaxation possible, and for your skin to look youthful and last you for the next decades, it needs proper care!  Since I started my Vacation in Florida, I have been indulging in hot baths 3 times in a week, my skin feels so good,youthful and relaxed. I came down with a flu my first week in florida,but after the hoth bath,i became better.

A hot bath is very easy to create even in you own home, all you need:

  1. Run not too hot in your tub (make sure tub is clean)
  2. Bubble  bath gel
  3. Rose petals (Optional)
  4. Body salt (I use Epsom salt, because they  are inexpensive and a terrific aid for soothing sore muscles)
  5. Essential oil
  6. Something to drink (Preferably cold or a glass of wine)
  7. Candles (Arrange some candles for a soft relaxing light and a nice glow)
  8. A book to read (Optional)
  9. A towel to dry your body
  10. A robe to wear after the bath
Baths are very therapeutic and these are some of the reasons/benefits why you should make time for a bath  this coming week.
  1. Improves blood circulation
  2. Helps with sleeping better
  3. Helps with staying In shape
  4. Lowers blood pressure
  5. Helps with weight loss
  6. Cleans the skin
  7. Reduce headache
  8. Relax the muscle
  9. Helps with cough and flu
  10. Moisturize the skin
A few important note:
Do not soak for more than 20 minutes
If you have a heart condition, consult with your doctor about taking a hot bath.
Take something cold to drink,as you can get dehydrated.
Do not soak in a hot bath if you are pregnant.
