Quick-Debloating Tea

Hey Friends,welcome back to my blog. I just want to share my quick debloating and go to tea with you guys today.  It is super easy to make and works like magic.

I get very bloated easily and it can make me so uncomfortable.  I discovered this recipe by mistake,when I didn’t know what to do with my left over parsely,so I decided to turn it into a tea. I was so excited when this recipe worked,because I am all for natural treatment and cure to anything.

Ingredients

2 Handful of parsely

8cups of boiling water

1 teaspoon of grated ginger

Method: Put chopped parsely in a bowl,add the grated ginger,add boiling water and cover for 5minutes. Serve in a cup. (If you are very bloated or constipated,take 2 cups of this tea before bedtime,you will feel better in the morning.

This recipe may not work for everyone,but it works great for me.
