So i have been waking up lately with sore throat,and it really painful and disturbing. Hot water with lemon seems to be the only solution. During this harmattan season i have not missed a day of my hot lemon water.It is one of my healthy habit.I drink this in the morning before my daily smoothie and routine and at night before bed.
